Please put these dates in your diary, as both dates must be attended. The exact times will be given nearer the date. Both the mock exam and official exam will be held at St Edwards School, Tilehurst Road, Reading. (We cannot change the timetable but may be able to offer morning or afternoon exam times in extreme circumstances, please note request on this form.)
(A £30 admin fee set by LAMDA will apply to anyone needing to change the timetable)
Please complete the below form and return it with payment no later than Friday 17th October 2025
Once the form is returned, an invoice will be sent to you from our accounts system.
Failure to return payment and form by this date will mean the student will not be entered for the exam or extra costs incurred from LAMDA (currently standing at £50.00 late learner fee.) We operate on a first-come, first-served basis in the event of too many students for the exam and any extra students will be offered alternative dates at other centres.
PLEASE NOTE LAMDA EXAMINERS ARE NOW GIVING FEEDBACK DIGITALLY. THIS MEANS THEY WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO MAKE CONCESSIONS FOR LATE EXAM TAKERS. MISSING YOUR SLOT MEANS YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIT THEIR EXAM.
Places will be confirmed by email once we have received the completed form and payment.
Stages 1, 2 and 3 are introductory exams, these are different from the medal examinations grades entry to 8. Please fill in the correct grade on the form. If you are unsure, refer to the coach's LAMDA email as this will have your child's correct grade.
