BERZERK PRODUCTIONS - CHILD PROTECTION POLICY STATEMENT

  • Berzerk Productions is fully committed to safeguarding the well-being of its participants. All our staff are fully DBS cleared and First Aid trained. All staff also hold valid chaperone licenses.
  • Staff and Volunteers should be fully aware of the organisation's Child Safety guidelines.
  • They should also show respect and understanding for their own rights, safety and welfare and conduct themselves in a way that reflects the principles of Berzerk Productions.

Berzerk Productions is committed to protecting all personal information. This Privacy policy relates to our use of any personal data we collect from you and how it will used and protected.

What data do we collect?

  1. For our members we will collect their full name, date of birth, school year (if applicable), address, an email address, in case of emergency contacts e.g. parents, any relevant medical information.
  2. If you have signed up to our newsletter the only information we will keep is your name and email address for as long as you wish to be subscribed.

  2. We would like to ensure that all data is up to date. Should information change you have the right to inform us and we will update the information. You can also request any outdated information be deleted and removed from our system.

Members:

  1. Berzerk Productions uses personal information through a booking form to contact members and/or parents regarding class updates, free trials, or holidays courses and to give notification of events.
  2. To place photographic images and videos of staff, alumni and pupils in the company and retaining them for historical purposes. They will not be used for marketing if you have not given consent through the enrolment process.
  3. For storing emails and other communications to ensure we can keep our information up to date.
  4. For the promotions of services and benefits available to members and/or parents.

How do we store your data?

  1. All information is kept on a password-protected computer.
  2. Incident forms will also be filled in online and kept securely for the appropriate time advised by The National Youth Association. After this time, they will be deleted and removed from our servers.
  3. Teachers and relevant staff members will be informed about any medical or personal information on a need-to-know basis.
  4. Access to the computer and passwords are only accessible to the Company Directors and senior administration staff.

How can you remove your data?

Email us a request that you would no longer like us to have your information and that you wish to unsubscribe.

Who do we pass information on to?

Berzerk Production will not pass your data on to anyone or any company without consent and instruction from you. If we are contacted by talent scouts, agents and exam boards we would recommend and encourage that you contact them personally, or we will seek permission personally.

  2. Data is kept whilst the member is actively in classes or productions, then archived for a period of 12 months. Consent is then sought to keep their details on file for further communication on projects that may suit the young person to be involved in and will always carry a removal option.
